Race in Stem was founded to bridge this gap, creating a platform where professionals can share their experiences—both positive and negative—to spark enlightening discussions and drive meaningful change.
Our mission extends beyond corporate spaces; we are dedicated to shaping a more diverse future by engaging students at schools, colleges, and universities. Through ambassador-led initiatives, we raise awareness about STEM careers and provide visible representation to inspire the next generation of leaders.

Diversity in Clinical Trials Webinar Series: Reached a global audience, with over 90% of participants reporting feeling inspired and having learned something new.
Regulatory Round Tables: Engaged with various regulatory bodies to advance conversations on increasing senior leadership representation.
