WomenWise
Across industries like technology, finance, and engineering, women remain significantly underrepresented - not due to a lack of talent, but a lack of opportunity, support, and visibility. Women make up just 17% of tech specialists in the UK, only 32% of leadership roles across Europe, and globally, hold less than 25% of executive roles in STEM-related industries.
Through tailored mentorship programmes, flagship events, hands-on skill-building opportunities, and targeted community outreach, we equip women at every stage of their career.
Many organisations are committed to improving these numbers but struggle to turn intention into impact. Environments often fall short on inclusive culture, accessible career pathways, and systems that support women not just to enter, but to thrive and lead.
Our mission is to empower women to lead across underrepresented industries - and to build workplaces where equity isn’t an initiative, but a standard. We exist to equip women with the tools to rise, and to support organisations in creating cultures where they can thrive.
