NeuroConnect
Millennials historically felt the need to shield, hide, or mask our neurodivergent traits to fit into traditional workplace norms. However, due to a better understanding and awareness we’re now witnessing a significant shift with Gen Z—a generation that is proudly embracing their neurodivergent identities, openly including them on CVs and job applications.
NeuroConnect was founded to create a safe space for internal and external neurodivergents to share stories, ideas, and experiences, encouraging connection, mutual support, and empowerment. The community also works towards change by improving hiring processes to be more inclusive, equitable, and supportive of neurodivergent candidates, ensuring equal opportunities for all.
