The success we’ve achieved at TIG over the last 22 years has been driven by the quality of our people and the culture we’ve built together. At the heart of that culture is connection - bringing people together under a clear and exciting business strategy, and giving them a platform to share their views, influence decisions, and help shape the future of our business.
When Race in STEM became part of The IN Group family in 2023, it quickly became clear just how powerful communities can be. We work with so many incredible individuals on a daily basis - each with unique backgrounds, lived experiences, and perspectives - and clients who are striving to create more equitable, inclusive workplaces. The impact of community was undeniable.
Since then, the journey of TIG Communities has grown with purpose. We've launched WomenWise to empower women, NeuroConnect to promote greater understanding of neurodiversity in the workplace, and HealthTechQuity, uniting those using tech for good in health and care. Each community brings us closer to building the brilliant, inclusive future we’re all working toward.
By influencing behaviour, driving trends, and encouraging collaboration, communities are helping shape the future landscape of both business and culture. They define what matters by promoting shared values and lived realities. They challenge us to think differently, to lead with empathy, and to innovate with intentio
Communities are essential to our future - and I couldn’t be more proud of the work The IN Group is doing in this space.

It’s hard to believe - it’s already been six months since we officially launched TIG Communities! What started as an idea to better connect, support, and empower, has now grown into a vibrant network of shared learning, collaboration, and meaningful change.
Whether you’ve been here from day one or just joined us recently, thank you for being part of this journey.
As we reflect on how far we’ve come, we’re also excited about where we’re going. This newsletter is packed with updates, and a look ahead at what’s next for TIG Communities.
Let’s dive in - and celebrate all that we’ve built, together.

Building communities isn’t about ticking a diversity box - it’s about driving meaningful, lasting change. We believe real inclusion goes beyond conversation; it requires action and accountability. Through our communities, we create spaces that challenge the status quo, amplify underrepresented voices, and influence how we support candidates and advise clients. Our commitment is to embed equity into the core of how we work - internally and externally.
These aren’t just numbers - they’re proof that communities are driving results. We hold ourselves accountable, and we’re proud of the progress we’ve made.
